Lincoln Livestock-Gillette Wyoming History
the inspiration for this design was born after I saw a picture from my hometown, Gillette Wyoming. I have grown to love history and learning more about how my hometown came to be. After doing some research, I discovered livestock yards were a key part of Gillette's success & growth. These livestock yards were strategically placed along the railroad that runs through the same place today in Downtown Gillette.
Gillette has evolved and changed a lot since then but livestock & ranching are still a vital part of our towns economy. I wanted to honor Gillette's history and this design came to life.
